Vine is a Porirua Builder who is qualified and a Licensed Building Practitioner. Vine has a passion for building shown early in his career by winning The Auckland Apprentice Challenge twice and placing 3rd at the National Final. Vine also Competed in the World Skills NZ National Finals and placed 3rd. He was also awarded UNITEC Apprentice of the Year.
